Sol Haven House Rules Agreement We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay at Sol Haven! To help ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for all guests — and to respect our neighbors — the following house rules apply to every reservation and form part of your rental agreement. 1. Occupancy & Guest Limits • Sol Haven accommodates a maximum of 11 overnight guests. • Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. • The total number of guests on the property must match your reservation at all times. 2. Noise & Neighborhood Respect • Sol Haven is located along a main corridor in Bradenton within a residential area with full-time neighbors. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. • Please keep noise at respectful levels, especially outdoors and in the lanai area. • Sol Haven is intended for family-friendly stays only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. 3. Smoking, Vaping & Drug Use • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or in screened areas. • Guests who choose to smoke must do so off property and dispose of materials properly. • Violations may result in additional cleaning fees and/or termination of the stay. 4. Children & Safety • Families are welcome at Sol Haven. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially around bunk beds, outdoor areas, wet surfaces, the driveway, pool, and spa. 5. Pool, Spa & Yard Safety • Children must always be supervised near the water. • No diving, running, or rough play in the pool area. • No glass is permitted around the pool or spa. Please use the plastic cups provided. • Use safety handrails at all times. • Please do not tamper with pool equipment, valves, or heater settings. • Pool and spa use is at guests’ own risk. Pool Alarm Information • Per Florida safety compliance, all doors and windows leading to the pool area are equipped with alarms. • Please do not remove batteries or tamper with these devices. 6. Pickleball Court & Outdoor Amenities • Please keep play within the designated court area. • Do not enter neighboring yards to retrieve balls. Extra balls are provided. • Please use all outdoor games and amenities responsibly and respectfully. 7. Trash • Trash bins are provided for guest use. • A bin roll-out service occurs weekly, so guests do not need to move bins to the curb. • Please bag trash securely and place it in the proper bin. • If a recycling bin is available during your stay, please place approved recyclables only in that bin. 8. Parking & Vehicles • Parking is available in the driveway only. • Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways. • Recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted unless approved in advance by the Host. 9. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 p.m. Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Before departure, please: • Load and start the dishwasher • Dispose of trash in provided bins • Turn off lights, fans, and electronics • Lock all doors and windows 10. Damages & Incidentals Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or issues caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of these House Rules beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to: • Plumbing blockages from improper disposal • Water damage from fixtures left running • Damage caused by misuse of appliances, grills, or fire features • Tampering with systems or equipment Accidents are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please report any issue immediately to help prevent further damage. 11. Liability & Assumption of Risk • Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their party during their stay. • The Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings. • This includes risks related to bunk beds, slips, falls, wet surfaces, uneven ground, wildlife, outdoor areas, or nearby construction activity. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guest Acknowledgement & Agreement By submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation, or completing payment for Sol Haven, the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees that: • These House Rules are a material part of the rental agreement. • The Primary Guest has read, understands, and agrees to comply with all House Rules and property policies. • The Primary Guest accepts responsibility for the conduct of all members of their party and any permitted visitors. • All guests agree to comply with applicable local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
